The usage of User Experience (UX) methods has been studied through the years. However, little is known about UX professionals’ lifelong learning processes related to in Agile, choosing what use, and enablers hindrances for using methods. study aims broaden current knowledge practices understand their work situations better. paper describes how professionals learn choose methods, frequency barriers when Agile. An interview was conducted with 13 from various industries two countries working Agile UX. We used a qualitative approach, thematic analysis carried out answer research questions. results show that support colleagues an essential component use Time pressure makes they know will deliver desired results.
